Back in February, Holly Trees participated in the annual Big Sing at The Brewery Arts Centre in Kendal, run by Cumbria Music Hub. They sang ‘The Light and The Calm’ written by the National Fostering Agency, to raise awareness of the pressing need for an additional 8000 foster families to care for vulnerable children and young people across the UK. They then joined other local schools on stage to help re-enact the story of Paws and Claws. All of the young people sang beautifully! We are so immensely proud of how well they adapt to being on stage and performing in front of 250 people, as it can be a little daunting with all the staging and lighting. Well done Holly Trees, yet another memorable Big Sing.
