The Thrift shop is thriving and we now have 5 employees!!!
They have all just received their personalised name badges and are successfully completing sessions in the Thrift shop.
Their roles include using the price gun, tagging items and sorting donations kindly received. Due to COVID-19, they have had to learn and adhere to strict guidelines to ensure the Thrift shop is a safe place to visit. This means an additional role is to clean all donations, ensure there is only 1 customer in the shop at any one time and that others are queuing sensibly.
All retail assistants are doing an excellent job and using brilliant customer service! They are learning valuable work place skills.
